The project envisions the construction of a warehouse facility, administrative section, and a showroom. The expanded built-up area covers 675 square meters. Access is planned from the main street, creating a setup for easy loading of the warehouses and internal transportation.

The building’s structure features monolithic steel-reinforced concrete foundations, and above ground level, it’s composed of metal elements, including the roof. The perimeter walls of the building are made of sandwich panels with polyurethane foam insulation. Materials have been used that emphasize and accentuate the building’s identity and existing surfaces. The building’s colors are aligned with the corporate logo. In the front part of the building, offices on multiple levels, a showroom, a break room, staff changing rooms, a reception area, and a general warehouse are situated. The rear part of the building is entirely dedicated to warehousing. The warehouse floor is made of polished concrete that can withstand pressure and chemical elements. The main entrance to the building faces the street, with the front designed to have a suspended facade.
