Its area is 90 square meters, and the layout includes: an entrance foyer, a living room with a kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms with toilets. Right from the entrance foyer, you are greeted by a clean and stylish design, entirely in light tones with subtle accents. The walls in the living room and bedrooms are also planned to be in neutral and soft colors. Compact and functional furniture combined with appropriate lighting are pivotal in developing the idea of visual space. The natural light in the living room brings a sense of lightness and openness.
