The current project is in the implementation stage 2022. The apartment has an area of about 110 sq.m. m and consists of a spacious living area including a kitchen, dining and relaxation area, a parent bedroom, a children’s room with a shared walk-in closet for two children and sanitary facilities. The goal here is to create a contemporary apartment that is up to date with fashion trends. The interior is clean, completely modernist. 

The focus of the premises is Philips hue smart lighting management systems, which provides an unlimited number of options to regulate the needs and desires of the occupants. The project combines urban luxury and comfort, combining practical and contrasting colors and materials. The interior is extremely clean design almost bordering with minimalism. Of course, in order not to look all too monotonous, in each room there is also an individual element that brings its own characteristic accent. 

The different areas in the living room are optimally located and at the same time spacious enough. The kitchen accommodates all the necessary electrical appliances, while at the same time a sufficient working area is provided. The hidden ice illuminations in the living room, as well as the electric fireplace create an extra soft nuance of the otherwise pastel grey apartment. The  bedroom and the children’s bedroom can impress us with practicality and beauty in a slightly unconventional but very beautiful way using the gray range. Here the tactic is a selection of different shades of gray in combination with white to create softness and coziness. In the bathrooms we have black accessories that contrast with the white granite on the walls and floor.
