A warehouse facility with a furniture workshop
The project involves a warehouse facility with a furniture workshop, an additional pavilion for packaged foods, and an inventory storage area, all located in Sofia, Bulgaria. The terrain is flat and open, with the building being freestanding. The site is accessed from the north, which is where the main street is situated. Entrances to the building are planned from both the northern and southern facades, using sectional doors with integrated pedestrian doors. The northern facade also features three separate pedestrian doors. The primary purpose of the building is for storage, with a total area of 3010 square meters and a single floor.
The layout primarily consists of open space equipped with racks reaching up to 5.7 meters in height on the highest shelf. The eastern part of the building includes a showroom with an area of 262.27 square meters at elevation +-0.00, and above it at elevation +4.70 is an office area covering 262.27 square meters. The entire project is designed to be constructed using a metal structure with thermal panels.
The warehouse section is divided into three storage areas: an eastern one with an area of 2559.7 square meters and a western one with an area of 1357.5 square meters. Between warehouses 2 and 3, on the northern facade of the building, household facilities such as changing rooms, showers, restrooms, and a restroom for people with disabilities are located, along with technical and pump rooms.
