The current project was completed in May 2021. The aim is to create a modern apartment in step with current trends. The site is located at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, in the gated complex Residential Park.It is positioned on the ground floor and is surrounded by green gardens, which create more comfort and a sense of closeness to nature. The interior is clean, completely modern. The accent in the rooms are the large wide-format granite tiles, which are used for lining part of the walls in the living room and bedrooms. The project combines urban luxury and comfort, combining warm and contrasting colors and materials. Extremely clean design, bordering on minimalism. In the bathrooms we have black accessories that contrast with the white granite on the walls and floor. The lighting is solved entirely with current-carrying rails with movable floodlights, so that it can be adjusted according to the needs and desires of the occupants.
