This style becomes so popular in Bulgaria because of the Indian series. People here are fascinated by this so interesting and unknown to our country culture either in their dance, clothes, elements in interior nor their music. The interior of the East is rich of elements, decorations mixed between luxury and primitivism. Also there is a lot of contact between nature in their interiors and etc. All of the above gave us different perspective and thinking which is interesting for Bulgarians. This type of interiors brings a lot of peace and tranquility. There are a lot of different prints, patterns and textures with geometric or floral shapes in their homes. The most commonly used colors are earthy – beige, brown, orange, purple, red. The Indian interior can be very simple and clean, i.e. a mixture between two or maximum three types of decors. This is what we used in the interior of the bathroom. We used geometrical shapes in the flooring which brings the embodiment of the masculine principle in India and also we used more oval-floral shapes on the tiles of the walls which are the embodiment of the feminine principle. The colourway of the bathroom is in earthy – beige, brown, yellow and white. Typical element for the oriental interiors is also the wood carving. In this bathroom we used this element in the window grills and in the screen – with geometrical – floral elements as well. The front door also repeats the shapes of the arches and also has wood craving on it. The furniture is from solid wood with dark coat on top. All these elements are in more modern look which corresponds to our time. The sanitary furniture is modern and with clean forms, the shower cabin is almost invisible within the other motifs. All these create a contrast which at the same time unites new and old, modern and traditional.
