This project was developed jointly with our colleague architect Radosvet Markov.
This is a conceptual concept developed almost in the technical phase for a modern and contemporary building with a mixed function in the heart of Sofia. The building has 9 floors, 5 of which are offices, shops and restaurants, and the last 4 floors are luxury apartments. The facade of the building is designed extremely dynamically and geometrically – the volumes are intertwined and form a kind of “boxes”, lined on the outside with white limestone, and on the inside with wood.
